How We Reinvented the Conversion Funnel to Achieve Aggressive CPA Goals for A Leading Skincare Brand

Murad is a leading clinical skincare brand that specializes in professional skincare treatments and solutions. As the brand aimed to expand its Rapid Lightening Regimen line in 2018, we were asked to improve the line’s customer acquisition funnel and lead the day-to-day management of its online marketing campaigns. Our goal with Murad was to not only foster the Rapid Lightening Regimen line’s online marketing presence but also reach aggressive cost-per-acquisition (CPA) targets from paid traffic.


We reinvented the top-to-bottom funnel for the client with an end-to-end holistic approach. Starting with strengthening the bottom of the conversion funnel, our team analyzed the client’s landing page user experience and quickly identified issues with the existing checkout flow. We delivered a full re-design of the client’s landing page and checkout flow to comply with direct response best practices. We also created a wide range of assets for the client, including static and video creative, as well as copywriting. Our team speedily built out multiple campaigns on Facebook and all PPC platforms from scratch within a short turnaround time and started the journey to optimize campaign performance.


With a significantly enhanced conversion funnel, we helped the client scale from $0 spend to over $50k/ month while consistently hitting aggressive CPA targets. Through our direct response best practices and a holistic conversion funnel strategy, our campaigns helped the client open a new level of growth potential and continue to thrive in the digital space.
